Worst service and Experience

My 3 kids, wife and myself just move about two weeks from another state. So far the Office is not on top of any maintenance request. Me personally have put 4, the first one was while moving in, the second one was for a leak in my daughters room window and for neither one maintenance ever call me to look at the issues, nor the office follow up. My last two were one after the other for no AC. For two nights in a row my kids slept with no AC. I put an emergency maintenance, the first one someon by the name of Eric came to look at it and told be the unit was fine, just to put the temperature I wanted and to leave it running. We left because it was hot, we came back a few hours later and nothing still hot. I put a second emergency request, Eric called me back with an attitude stating there is nothing wrong with my unit and I would be charge a fee for requesting emergency service and he hung up. I step out of the apartment because of the heat, Eric call me back and told me with the biggest attitude to stop calling the emergency service line. I’ve only been here two months and I have to deal with this. Don’t recommend it Wtfto no one

Let me tell you this is absolutely the worst apartment complex and service I have ever been subjected to. They want to collect your rent but when it comes time to fixing things or maintenance around the complex, forget it. Things like incorrect ph balance and dirty filthy pools and no tissue in pool bathrooms. Gym equipment in the workout room is all broken or busted up. The cost of washers and dryers are ridiculously over priced. Mold growing in the apartment vents and sure it is in the ceilings, roof, etc.. Cockroaches walking around bold as can be at night time if you walk outside of your apartment... ugh... so gross. I've stepped on several. Just awful! They started valet trash but want to increase the rent and charge 20 + dollars a month for that. I can take my own trash to the garbage, thank you very much. That too, the garbage is always piling over...sooo disgusting! The place looks decent from the outside but take it from me, you really don't want to live in this ghetto! By the looks of it, they are taking subsized housing vouchers and it's turning very ghetoo. The other serious issue is that they have multiple car breaks in all the time! If this is an issue, then why the heck don't they provide a 24/7 security guy to drive around and make sure the safety of peoples property!?!?! Because they are cheap and greedy and want to keep increasing the rents without providing a quality living space with a safe environment free of theft and car break ins. Good luck if you move in this place... with so many other options, choose elsewhere!

Steele Creek South Apartments BEWARE

This apartment complex is absolutely horrible! Infested with roaches, bedbugs and mold! The place has gotten new management and on the surface all looks okay but the maintenance is horrible and doesn't want to fix anything properly or believe there is an issue. They have tried to put a coat of paint on it and new banners and make the place look presentable but if you lease with them, beware. Consider yourself warned. They are slow to fix anything if they actually do and the staff is rude and arrogant and act like you are bothering them when you call with a service request. Many of the apartments have mold and they will spray bleach but it just comes back. Consider yourself warned.
